Hello everyone! I’m back with another food diaries post. This time, I’m trying out a new spot that recently opened near me in Alameda called, Coffee Cultures. They have another location in San Francisco, but I never got the chance to drive up there to try it. I was really excited when I learned they were opening up a store in Alameda because it saves the hassle and stress of driving to San Francisco. It opened on May 31st, and I went on their opening day. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with the interior design. It has an industrial feel, but feels very cozy. What really stood out to me was their outdoor seating area. Since it’s still new, the area was very clean and they had a very nice mural by the seating area.
Their menu selection is pretty small and similar to what you can get at most coffee shops. I ended up getting their iced chai latte and my sister got the iced latte. The price range for their drinks is average for most coffee shops around this area. My go to drink at coffee shops are chai lattes. Some coffee shops I’ve been to tend to make their chai lattes either very sweet or too spicy. However Coffee Culture does a pretty good job in balancing that out so it’s not too sweet or too spicy. I enjoyed my drink here and would come back again to try something else. They also offer a small selection of food such as croissants, donuts, muffins, and more. I didn’t get a chance to try their foods, but will give it a try next time I stop by.

While I was at Coffee Cultures, I also wanted to take a few photos of the outfit I wore that day just cause I was feeling cute and it’s been awhile since I did a style post. Since I was going to be chilling at the café, I wanted to try and match the vibes of the area. For this look, I was going for something comfy, casual, and cute. I wore a black cardigan and paired it with some high waisted jeans and white sneakers. It’s cute and casual for a day at the café. I think this outfit kind of matches the aesthetic of the café and is comfy to wear outdoors and chill with friends.
